T·R·I·N·I·T·Y was formed in 2005 by Jamie Lee, Pete Holmes and Rebecca Parsonage. All three had worked for Michael Draper & Company in Mutley, Plymouth, one of the largest firm of Independent Financial Advisers in the South West. However,  when Michael Draper decided to retire, Jamie, Pete and Becky decided to use their mortgage expertise and set up on their own as T·R·I·N·I·T·Y.

JAMIE LEE BA (Hons) Cert PFS CeMAP

Jamie was an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) with Michael Draper & Company for 5 years before deciding to concentrate on mortgages. He is a founding partner. Previous to this, he was Marketing Manager for a well-known national firm of Independent Financial Advisers. For many years prior to this, he was a senior data analyst in London for Standard & Poor's Micropal, the world's largest fund analysis company. He has a 2.1 degree in German and went to University in Birmingham and Hamburg. Jamie is an expert in all areas of mortgage advice, particularly Self-build, Self-Certication and Remortgages. Becky was also a mortgage sourcer at Michael Draper & Company before deciding to take her experience and knowledge of the mortgage market to the next level as an adviser. Becky has also worked for Fulfords Estate Agents and Barclays Bank. She has worked within financial services since she left college. Becky is a founding partner. MALCOLM GUNNING CeMAP

Malcolm was Head of the Mortgage Department at Michael Draper & Company, where he had worked as a mortgage adviser since the company's inception in 1985. Prior to this, he was Director of numerous insurance and financial institutions. Malcolm has nearly 40 years industry experience and is well-known in the city as 'the man to go to when everyone else says no'... These days Malcolm is no longer an adviser, and is not authorised to offer mortgage advice of any kind. He works in a consultancy role, focussing on introducing new business from the many contacts he has made over the years, and also using his many years of experience to offer advice to the brokers on the more complex problems. Malcolm was invited to join T·R·I·N·I·T·Y by the partners, who all worked with Malcolm for many years at Michael Draper & Company.
