Malcolm was Head of the Mortgage Department at Michael Draper & Company, where he had worked as a mortgage adviser since the company's inception in 1985. Prior to this, he was Director of numerous insurance and financial institutions. Malcolm has nearly 40 years industry experience and is well-known in the city as 'the man to go to when everyone else says no'... These days Malcolm is no longer an adviser, and is not authorised to offer mortgage advice of any kind. He works in a consultancy role, focussing on introducing new business from the many contacts he has made over the years, and also using his many years of experience to offer advice to the brokers on the more complex problems.
